Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Apps Logic applications (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. License to Use

Apps Logic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our software on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not:

Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Apps.
Use the Service to generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or promotes violence.
Circumvent any usage limits or technological measures implemented by Apps Logic.

4. Subscription & Payments

Certain features of our Apps may require a subscription. Payments are processed through the Apple In-App Purchase system. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Apps Logic does not guarantee that app results will be 100% accurate at all times.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apps Logic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Apps Logic is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
